Baby on the way!

A little over 3 weeks ago started it all.

I just found out last Wednesday and over all things are going well.

pray for us.

I have a ton of thoughts, not sure what they are at the moment...Yes we are excited, yes we are a little nervous, but we trust the Lord and I sometimes think, wow he must trust us and have some sort of confidence in us to make this all happen..so if He has the trust and confidence, then why shouldn't we?

Wanting two years before children, but having two months, yeah He has other things for our lives, and that is absolutly wonderful.

David and I are both working two jobs to keep ourselves busy, we both love what we do. I work at a child care center 8-4 M-F and on Saturday I work at the local Baskin Robbins, I love ice cream! David works at two different coffee shops. We like being productive and being married.

Sometimes I don’t know how I got so lucky.

He’s amazing and I’m in love.

Wow I haven’t posted in a really long time….my life..it’s good really good. The Lord is strong and faithful. David and I have had some crazy adventures these past couple of weeks….

We spent Thanksgiving in Baline, really close to the Canada border.

Then jumped on the plane headed to Maryland, finished wedding plans for a week and then got married on the first.

Enjoyed a three week honeymoon, the first week in Maryland then the other two in Florida. Saw two close friends, Carolina and Samantha. Also did you know they have a WHOP(worship house of prayer)  down near Orlando. We heard David Sliker, he spoke on the end times.

Hung out on the beach the first week and then did the whole Disney thing the next.

Then headed back up the east coast to have Christmas with the family

On the 31^st headed back to Olympia. Then the next day offered an upgrade in apartment choices and we took it.

We just moved in yesterday and it’s wonderful. Only two things broke in the move, but all will be ok…two eggs…

David is working a lot at the coffee shop and at the Y. He loves it. It’s good. I’m still searching for a job and a car. Need to work on my resume. I have to admit I do like staying home and catching up with people and hanging out with the Lord. But a job would be wonderful. We actually got a job, it’s cleaning apartments, flate rate and we get to work together J. We haven’t started yet..but very soon. So that will be nice extra cash.

Other than that..God is so good! David and I are learning so much about each other, marriage is challenging, stretching but so rewarding. It is like a sleep over each night with your best friend. Learning to serve and love and learning to receive that back even more.

God has placed a church on our hearts that we are attending, I don’t understand, but the whole obedience thing is kicking in even more. The cool part is that David and I are teaching Sunday School the second weekend in February, it a rotation. The little children are so cute there. We’re learning how to really make our relationship our own..away from the green house and into the real world..being a married couple in a fallen world..God is sooooo good!

God is showing himself faithful time and time again.

-  By His truth

Lord I pray we would walk in obedience to your voice. Lord remind us of your truth. Reveal your glory. May we be captured by something greater than ourselves, may we be captured by your love oh Lord.  But may we never get to heavenly minded that we are no earthly good. Pour out your spirit of blessing and be glorified through your people. Thank you Lord for your love….
